Skewers

Boneless chicken             1 cup or 300 grams (cubes)

Carrot                                    1 medium (slices)

Capsicum                             2 medium (cubes)

Onion                                     1 medium cubes

All purpose flour              ½ cup or as needed

Egg                                            1 or 2

Soya sauce                            2 tablespoon

Black pepper                        ½  teaspoon

Salt                                              ½ teaspoon or to taste

Method

Marinate all the ingredients together for more then 30 minutes.

Insert the ingredients into skewers.

Shallow fry them into frying pan.

Enjoy hot with ketchup or shaslik sauce.
