
Boiled pasta 1 pack
Tikka chunks 1 cup (cubes)
Carrots 2 medium (julienne)
Onions 1 medium (julienne)
Cucumbers 1 medium (julienne)
Cabbage ½ cup (julienne)
Olives ½ cup
Ketchup ¼ cup
Bar-be-que sauce ¼ cup
Chicken powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
For tikka chunks
Sauté chicken cubes in little oil (+1tb.sp) with ½ tb.sp of tikka masala.
Make a sauce my mixing ketchup, bar-be-que sauce, chicken powder, black pepper and salt.
In a large bowl add boiled pasta with vegetables and toss it with sauce.
Garnish with spring onions and serve at room temperature.
