
Very tempting and easy recipe
Chicken thighs 1/2 kg
Baking soda 1tb.sp
Soak Chicken pieces in water with baking soda for 2 hours. Drain the water out and add
Salt 1/2 t.sp
Pepper 1/2 t.sp
Leave chicken for atleast 2 hours.
For Coating
Dry ingredients
All purpose flour 2 cups
Chicken powder 1/2 t.sp
Garlic powder 1/2 t.sp
Onion powder 1/2 t.sp
Black pepper 1t.sp
Paprika powder 1t.sp
Liquid ingredients
Eggs 2
Water 1 cup
Make two separate mixture dry and liquid.
Dip each Chicken piece into egg mixture then on dry ingredients, again in egg mixture then in dry ingredients.
(Egg+flour+egg+flour)
Deep fry each piece for 15-20 minutes(till golden brown) on medium-low flame.
Serve with crispy fries.
