
Very delicious and simple recipe. My father loves it salty taste.
Chicken 1 cup slices
Carrots 2 medium slices
Capsicum 2 medium cubes
Onion 1 medium cubes
Cabbage 1/2 cup cubes
Garlic cloves 2-3 crushed
Green onions 2-3 roughly chopped
Green chillies 2-3 deseeded, roughly chopped
Soya sauce 2 table spoon
Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon
Chicken cube or powder 2 table spoon
White pepper 1/4 tea spoon
Salt To taste
Oil 3 table spoon
Sauté garlic in oil and add chicken.
Fry till chicken get tender and changes it color.
Add all the vegetables (except for spring onion), spices and water.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Now add cornflour till desired consistently occures
Garnish with spring onion.
Serve with any kind of rice.
