this is best dough nut recipe ever the dough nuts rises n sets its self in a good n proper way with soft & smooth texture

doughnut recipe

3 1/3 c all purpose flour (dont use self raising flour)
1 c sugar
3 t.sp baking powder
1/2 t.sp salt
1/2t.sp cinnamon
1/4 t.sp magnut (optional)
2 tb.sp shortening(oil)
2 eggs
3/4c milk

make dough of the above ingredients.
make a 3/8″ flat surface of dough
cut out the shapes from the dough
use frying pan which contains 3 to 4″ oil
on low flame shallow fry it till golden bron then trun it around.

cover it with any sweet sauce
(if dont have doughnut cutter use glass n bottle cap)
