
Makes: 3/4 cup (175 mL)
Ingredients:
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
paprika 1/2 tsp
dry mustard 1/4 tsp
pepper powder 1/8 tsp
vinegar 2 tbsp (30 mL)
lemon juice 2 tbsp (30 mL)
Canola Oil 1/2 cup (125 mL)
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a jar or bottle with a tight fitting cover. Add vinegar, lemon juice, and oil. Shake vigorously.
2. For variety, add 2 tablespoons (30 mL) finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded cheddar cheese, OR 1/4 cup (50 mL) crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese.
