Chicken Chow-men

Ingredients:
-1 pack noodles, boiled (any kind you like)
-2 cups thinly sliced green chilli
– about 2mix vegetables 1/2 c each {carrot(slices), onions(cubes), capsicums(cubes),cabbages(chopped),spring onions(chopped) etc.} chicken breasts cut into small chunks
-2 tblsp crushed garlic
-oil for stir frying vegetables and chicken. about 1/4 cup
-salt to taste
-3 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp chopped red chillies or you can add 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-3 tblsp soy sauce
-3 tblsp ketchup
-1 tsp ajinomoto (chinese salt)

Directions:

– First of all boil your noodles in a good amount of water and salt. drain once cooked and set aside.
-then in a wok, take your oil, heat it and add chicken to it. When chicken is almost cooked, not fully cooked, add in your crushed garlic.
-When the chicken is cooked and you see the garlic is very lightly golden
-Then right away add in vegetables. stir fry this for a couple mins (2 mins) and then add in your salt, black pepper, ajinomoto, soy sauce, and ketchup. fry this for another 2 mins add noodles.
Toss the noodles well and cook on high flame mixing the noodles for a minute or until the noodles look ready.

I make this recipe at home very often since it is my brothers favorite. I hope you all try it and enjoy it as much as my family does! 🙂
