
Ingredients:
-1 pack noodles, boiled (any kind you like)
-2 cups thinly sliced green chilli
– about 2c mix vegetables 1 c each cabbages(chopped),spring onions(chopped)
chicken breasts cut into small chunks
-2 tblsp crushed garlic
-oil for stir frying vegetables and chicken. about 1/4 cup
-salt to taste
-3 tsp black pepper
-3 tblsp soy sauce
-soya sauce 2 tb.sp
Directions:
– First of all boil your noodles in a good amount of water and salt. drain once cooked and set aside.
-then in a wok, take your oil, heat it and add chicken to it. When chicken is almost cooked, not fully cooked, add in your crushed garlic.
-When the chicken is cooked and you see the garlic is very lightly golden
-Then right away add in vegetables. stir fry this for a couple mins (2 mins) and then add in your salt, black pepper & soy sauce. fry this for another 2 mins add boiled Spaghetti .
Toss the Spaghetti well and cook on high flame mixing the Spaghetti for a minute or until the dish look ready.
serve with ketchup
& garnish it with spring onion
